If you are not an existing client of Archway Veterinary Practice and your regular vet has recommended an investigation into your pet’s heart or has diagnosed a challenging eye condition in your pet, they may suggest coming for an appointment with Caroline or Kim.
Please be aware that a referral consultation can only be made through your own vet.
When your pet is referred to us, we go through the following steps:
- We look over your pets clinical history.
- We liaise with your vet about further treatment options.
- Either we or your current vet will get in touch with you regarding the future steps and care that will be taken.
We do everything we can to keep you informed throughout the process and will work closely with your current veterinarian to ensure your pet receives the highest quality of care possible.
