We are delighted to announce that Archway Veterinary Practice has achieved ‘OUTSTANDING’ in the RCVS Client Service Award, part of the national veterinary Practice Standards Scheme.
The RCVS is the governing body for veterinary surgeons and the Client Service Award is given to practices which demonstrate particularly high levels of care for their clients. This award is in addition to the RCVS Accredited Practice status that the practice already holds.
Clinical Director, Caroline Balfour, said “Archway is a small practice with a family feel. We aim to give a really personal service by getting to know our clients and patients, some of whom have been coming to us for many years. The team are very proud that we been recognised by the Royal College as giving outstanding client service. Thank you to our wonderful clients who continue to entrust their pets to our care.”
